The Vinlex Rehabilitation Foundation, founded by Comr. Chukwudi N. Okeadu, has been making a meaningful difference in grassroots communities since 2018 and gained official registration in 2023. Based in Umuezeala Nsu, Ehime Mbano LGA, Imo State, the foundation is dedicated to rehabilitating and empowering individuals from all walks of life.
